CAREER FITNESS
Building Professional Agility and Resilience

The inaugural RevUp Live Series, themed “Career Fitness,” was held on September 26, 2024, at The Hive, 79 Anson Road—the new offices of RevUp Consulting and RevUp ProServices. The event featured four distinguished speakers who explored themes of being ‘Career Fit,’ ‘Career Healthy,’ and ‘Career Strong’ in a relaxed setting with wine and sea views.

Mr. Patrick Tay opened the session by highlighting the importance of following one’s ‘North Star’—a core passion and purpose—while staying adaptable and embracing continuous learning. Mr. Gerald Koh continued the conversation without a moderator, discussing the value of new adventures and transferable skills, and emphasising passion as a motivator during challenges. Ms. Madeline Ho focused on building new initiatives and leaving a lasting legacy, underscoring the impact of mentorship and paying it forward. Mr. James Loo concluded with a comprehensive overview of Career FITNESS, outlining key components such as focus, investment in self, transformation, networking, expertise, self-reflection, and self-care.

The evening wrapped up with a lively networking session, featuring food and drinks from Umami10 and FedwithMatcha, where attendees connected and discussed future topics. Despite being a new brand, RevUp successfully hosted its first Live Series event and looks forward to future gatherings.

A heartfelt thank you to four esteemed speakers for their gracious sharings:

  • Miss Madeline Ho, MD, Head of Intermediary, Singapore & Southeast Asia, Neuberger Berman Singapore.
