Setting Up For Career Success
We kicked off the new year with our very first Begin Well session, and it was such an energizing way to start 2025!
The workshop was designed to give participants a strong foundation as they embark on their career journeys. We brought together a small group, including some of our placements and others we’ve met along the way who could use a helping hand. It was all about setting them up for success, and we couldn’t be happier with how it turned out.
The session featured practical guides, helpful checklists, and insights to navigate the corporate world with ease. Peer-to-peer role-playing added a fun and interactive touch, while discussions focused on understanding workplace culture and blending in seamlessly.
Hearing participants express their gratitude was the highlight for us! Many appreciated this extra step we took to bridge the gap, reinforcing what sets RevUp apart as a recruitment partner that truly cares.

  • It was a very brief overview which I find useful. Although I haven’t found a role yet, it’s good for me to be in tune with the current situation since I’ve been out of the workforce for almost 2 years now. Honestly, I have totally forgotten all about onboarding and stuff like that ah ha ha. I think it’s really a good initiative from RevUp to differentiate yourself from the other recruitment agencies. A nice gesture for both the candidate and also the client. My past experience with some of the recruitment agencies was that I never hear from them again, once I’ve accepted the offer from the client.
