It was a very brief overview which I find useful. Although I haven’t found a role yet, it’s good for me to be in tune with the current situation since I’ve been out of the workforce for almost 2 years now. Honestly, I have totally forgotten all about onboarding and stuff like that ah ha ha. I think it’s really a good initiative from RevUp to differentiate yourself from the other recruitment agencies. A nice gesture for both the candidate and also the client. My past experience with some of the recruitment agencies was that I never hear from them again, once I’ve accepted the offer from the client.
